Returns

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged

  • The product received is defective

  • The wrong product has been delivered

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and unworn

  • Be in its original condition

  • Include original packaging, tags, and invoice

Return requests must be raised within 3 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products showing signs of use or wear

  • Products damaged due to customer handling

  • Orders placed under clearance sale or special offers

Our team will review your request and guide you through the return process. Do not send products back without prior approval.

Refunds

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of the refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method

  • COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI after confirmation

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If a return is approved due to our error (wrong or defective product), return shipping costs will be covered by us

Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
